Agreement

By using xspii, you agree to these Terms, the Official Rules, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and legally allowed to use xspii. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, use only one account, and promptly report unauthorized access.

Entries and prizes

Dashline competitions are free to enter where supported by xspii and permitted by law. Competition periods, scoring, prize calculations, ties, outages, winner review, and forfeiture are controlled by the Official Rules. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Fair use

You may not use bots, scripts, AI agents, modified clients, shared accounts, fabricated inputs, advertising fraud, traffic manipulation, attempts to bypass advertising or verification, or any method that creates an unfair advantage. You may not interfere with the service, probe its security, scrape private data, impersonate another person, or use xspii unlawfully.

Reviews and enforcement

Scores and prizes remain provisional until verified. xspii may investigate, hold, void, or disqualify activity; suspend or close accounts; recover an incorrectly issued prize; and preserve evidence needed to protect the competition. Enforcement decisions are based on server, entry, advertising, replay, and security records.

Advertising and other services

xspii may display advertising and use outside providers for prizes, hosting, email, fraud prevention, and analytics. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies. Ads do not represent an endorsement by xspii.

Ad-free subscription

The optional ad-free subscription costs $9.99 per month and renews automatically until canceled. It removes third-party pre-run ads from the subscriber’s account. Sponsor names, graphics, links, and placements remain visible. A subscription does not improve scores, odds, rankings, prizes, or competition access, and no purchase is necessary to compete.

You may cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, payments are nonrefundable and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. If a payment fails, is reversed, or the subscription ends, ads may resume.

Sponsor auction

Sponsor listings are paid advertisements ranked from highest to lowest by cumulative confirmed payments. The first paid sponsor bid starts at $5. Every later bid must produce a whole-dollar total at least $5 above the current highest paid or reserved total. The highest total receives the top sponsor placement, ranks two through five receive supporting placements, and all lower-ranked sponsors remain visible below them and on the public sponsor board. Existing sponsors pay only the increase when raising their total.

Half of each confirmed incremental sponsor payment is added to the active Dashline prize pool. A payment does not guarantee a fixed rank, duration, traffic, clicks, customers, or revenue. Another sponsor may outbid you at any time. Paid bids are final and nonrefundable except where applicable law or the payment provider requires otherwise.

You must be authorized to represent the submitted business, website, name, and graphic. You grant xspii a non-exclusive license to store, resize, and publicly display that material for the sponsor listing. xspii may refuse, hide, or remove listings that are unlawful, deceptive, unsafe, infringing, unsuitable for the audience, or damaging to the service. Payment disputes or reversals may remove the related bid from the ranking.

Ownership

xspii, Dashline, the site design, game software, branding, and related content are owned by xspii or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit it except as law expressly permits.

Availability and liability

xspii is provided “as is” and may be interrupted, changed, or unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, xspii disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact
